The Wonder of YOU...

I'm impressed by a sky that has no end,
and by the awesome power of hurricane winds.
I admire the grace of a perfect red roses,
and the white splendor of a blanket of snow.
But none of these things can come close to,
the way I'm amazed by the wonder of you.
I've been moved by the sonnets of William Shakespeare,
and by music I've heard that brought me to tears.
I was in awe, when I saw the great Taj Mahal,
and even more, to hear the roar of Niagara Falls.
But none of these things can come close to,
the way I'm amazed by the wonder of you.
When I think of all I've felt and seen,
of what I've done and where I've been,
it's hard to believe, and yet it's true,
I'm most amazed by the wonder of you.
